Duplicate Powerpath entries in smit menu

Fix for Powerpath showing duplicate fields in smitty power_mkvg

1.       Pprootdev off

2.       installp -u RecoverPoint

3.       installp -u SYMCLI.SYMRECOVER.rte

4.       Remove Powerpath

5.       Reboot

6.       Reinstall powerpath

7.       Cfgmgr

8.       Powermt config

9.       Pprootdev on

10.   reboot
